Productized service

One engagement. One rebuilt website. One permanent asset.

Rebirth is a productized, 30-day engagement that extracts your company's expertise into a private Knowledge Graph, stress-tests your website against 1,000+ AI personas, and rebuilds every page with zero-loss cutover. No tiers. No hourly billing. One scope, executed precisely.

In scope

What the engagement includes

Knowledge Graph extraction

We crawl every piece of public content your company has produced: website pages, blog posts, case studies, pitch decks, founder LinkedIn posts, YouTube transcripts, help center articles. The result is a structured, portable data asset that maps the relationships between your services, expertise, customer segments, and proof points.

AI Society stress test

1,000+ AI personas, modeled on your actual ICP, interrogate every page of your site against real buying contexts. Objections, confusions, and content gaps are clustered and prioritized into an actionable gap analysis.

Full website rebuild

Every page is rewritten from the Knowledge Graph, informed by AI Society critique. Copy, structure, metadata, internal linking, schema markup. SEO, GEO, and AEO are clean from day one, not bolted on afterward.

Zero-loss cutover

The rebuilt site stages alongside your live site. A/B testing validates that search performance matches or beats the current baseline. DNS flips only when zero-loss validation passes. No rankings drop. No traffic gaps.

Post-launch Knowledge Graph enrichment

After cutover, new content, case studies, and market signals feed back into the graph. The asset compounds in value. Every downstream surface improves as the graph grows.

Downstream surface generation

The Knowledge Graph powers surfaces beyond the website: AI-ready chat, content engine drafts, SDR talk tracks, sales enablement decks, ad copy variations. All grounded in your actual expertise.

Core technology

Two proprietary assets, working together

Every Rebirth engagement produces two assets. One captures what your company knows. The other tests whether your website communicates it.

Asset 01

Knowledge Graph

A structured, portable data asset built from every piece of content your company has produced. It maps the relationships between services, expertise, customer segments, and proof points. You own it. It lives in your infrastructure.

Asset 02

AI Society

1,000+ AI personas modeled on your ideal customer profile. They interrogate every page against their buying context, surface objections a real buyer would raise, and validate every rewrite before it goes live.

The services page never mentions compliance timelines. That is the first question any logistics buyer asks.

I cannot tell from this page whether you have worked with firms my size. Show me proof.

Out of scope

What the engagement does not include

Rebirth is deliberately scoped. These items fall outside the productized engagement. Some can be addressed through a custom development engagement.

  • Brand identity design (logo, color system, visual identity)
  • Copywriting for non-web surfaces (print collateral, annual reports)
  • Paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Social media management or community management
  • CRM implementation or migration
  • Custom software development (see Custom Development for bespoke work)
  • Photography, videography, or illustration
  • Legal or compliance review of content

Guarantee

Zero-loss cutover. Not a promise. A guarantee.

The rebuilt site stages alongside your live site during Week 04. We run A/B testing across organic sessions, average position, bounce rate, form submissions, and pages indexed. DNS flips only when every metric matches or exceeds the current baseline.

If search rankings drop within 90 days of cutover, we roll back and fix it at no additional cost. This is not a soft promise. It is a contractual guarantee.

Ownership

What you own at the end

When the engagement ends, you walk away with permanent assets, not a dependency. The Knowledge Graph lives in your infrastructure. The rebuilt site is yours. Every downstream surface it powers belongs to you.

Questions

Service FAQ

30 days from kickoff to cutover. Week 01 is Knowledge Graph extraction. Week 02 is AI Society interrogation. Week 03 is the full site rebuild. Week 04 is parallel staging, A/B testing, and zero-loss cutover. There is no variable timeline. The scope is productized and the cadence is fixed.

Access to your current website analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent), Google Search Console access, and any existing content that is not publicly indexed: pitch decks, internal case studies, founder bios, white papers. The more raw material we can extract into the Knowledge Graph, the richer the output. We provide a detailed onboarding checklist on the kickoff call.

The Knowledge Graph extraction handles sites of any size. The rebuild scope is calibrated to your site. A five-page services company and a 200-page enterprise consultancy require different levels of extraction and AI Society configuration. This is why we scope on the discovery call rather than publishing a fixed price.

Not by default. The rebuilt site can deploy to your existing CMS, a new CMS, or a static hosting environment. We recommend the option that best fits your team's workflow and technical capacity. CMS migration is available as part of a custom development engagement if needed.

Organic search traffic, keyword rankings, and indexed pages. We measure against your baseline for 90 days after cutover. If any of these metrics decline as a direct result of the rebuild, we roll back and fix it at no additional cost. The guarantee is contractual, not aspirational.

Yes. The rebuilt site is yours to operate, update, and extend. The Knowledge Graph is also yours. New content you add after launch can feed back into the graph through our post-launch enrichment process, which compounds the value of the asset over time.

That is what the Custom Development offering is for. Bespoke integrations, Knowledge Graph extensions into internal systems, custom AI tooling, multi-brand graph architecture. Custom Development is scoped separately with a statement of work. Most clients start with the productized Rebirth and graduate to custom work after seeing what the graph can do.

Because scope varies significantly between engagements. Quoting a number without understanding your site, your content volume, and your specific needs would be irresponsible. The discovery call exists to scope accurately and give you a precise number. We price fairly and we tell you the number on the call.

Ready to see what your website is missing?

The discovery call scopes your engagement precisely. No generic proposals. No premature pricing. Just a clear picture of what Rebirth would look like for your company.
